I was in the BH band with Bill. He was a VERY talented muscian. He played clarinet initially in the concert and marching bands, but easily and seemlessly moved into the bassoon position in the concert band when it was vacated by Bruce Ball, Class of 1962. Bill always had a smile; always was friendly; always had a crew cut and freckles. I was neither as talented nor dedicated to music as Bill.
